i’m curious how it turns. When you ski, there is a lot more than just rotating the ski to turn. I wonder if it tilts as well so the edge can cut in or if there are some sort of fins to cut into the snow

Skis have carbide blades in the bottom.

I suppose the normal caster angle will allow the inside edge to cut in during turns, and stay flat in straights

Agreed. I recall there was an article here last week on how long in the tooth the Z was. I don’t think it’s had a signficant update since the 350Z.
